    Really good canal view, spacious royal suite, fully equipped kitchen

    Bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade!!! Musty odors in some rooms detract from the experience!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues were frustrating!!! A wider selection of in-room snacks would enhance the experience!!!

    Staying with my adult children was great! We loved relaxing on the balcony, sipping coffee while watching the boats glide by on the canal. The staff was attentive, and the room was more than spacious enough for us to unwind together.

    My kids wished for slightly larger bath towels.

    Amazing building and rooms with a nice kitchenette for convenience. Brilliant very central location, just off good restaurants in the area and the center of town. Besides, very convenient to a graceful tower.

    Our stay was magical, especially the surprise room upgrade and the breakfast selection that could had put many restaurants to shame! The views were amazing—exactly as depicted, but even better in person. I'd come back!

    What a lovely stay! The Royal Suite was super spacious and the big comfy bed made it hard to leave in the morning. plus, I enjoyed the relaxing morning coffee in their cozy lobby that had a TV playing soft music. Just a small hiccup with the air conditioning switching on unexpectedly, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all. 😊

    The room was a nice size and well-equipped and with a phone as well as balloons. Location: the hotel was not far from the major shopping area of Amsterdam, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions and a tram stop within 3-5 minutes walk. The private parking was nearby, excellent service. Late check-out was useful.
